US Open day two
28th May 2006
In the morning races Gonzalo was nailing the starts and winning most of the four races held. Devon Boulon, Jimmy Diaz and Phil McGain were fighting it out for the minor placings.
In the afternoon, the wind picked up again to run the slalom racing. Gonzalo again was nailing the starts and winning the first two heats, while McGain clawed his way back to Second on both the first two heats. The third heat of the day Jimmy Diaz won and in the last heat it was McGain hitting the start perfectly and taking the victory from Jimmy Diaz.
No official results posted yet.
Looks like Devon or Gonzalo are winning the Formula, while Phil McGain has a comfortable lead in the slalom.
One more day left, so stay tuned.
